Illinois Prairie Path Bike Trail runs through the Western Suburbs of Chicago. The GPS coordinates are at a parking lot, near a power substation, were regular bike riders park. This parking lot is on the Aurora; this is a stretch that starts in Aurora, goes Northeast through Warrenville and joins the main stem for the trail in Wheaton.

The trail runs over former Chicago and Great Western Railroad right of way.
