This is a light blue cylindrical steel standpipe. It is about 20 feet in diameter and 115 feet high. It is the smaller standpipe, not the larger one, which is the benchmark. it was first documented in 1933.

This station stands at the center of Collingswood. Originally they were black with a white stripe around the front. In 2005, they were painted to the current color they display today.

The municipal standpipe is situated in the east corner of the V-section of Collings Avenue and the Atlantic City Line of the Philadelphia Railroad. it is about 100 feet southeast of collings avenue. Basically, just get to a quarter mile or so and look up.
