Today's Cathedral in Zagreb is built in neogothic style between 1880-1902 by Austrian architect Hermann Bollé. It is 77 meters long and 48.20 meters wide with two spires of 108 meters height.
Building of the first cathedral on this place was started in 1102. Building is completed in 1217 and then cathedral was built in romanic style. In 1242 Tatars invaded this region and the cathedral was destroyed. During 1254-1284 cathedral was rebuilt in gothic style. During the history there were many works on the cathedral. In 1880 earthquake destroyed cathedral. After that it is built in today's style (1880-1902).
