This GIS point is located at the Paulina Creek bridge on County Rd. 21. The cap is in a small concrete slab near the west end of the north guardrail. The cap was set by Deschutes County in 1990 and is stamped GIS 38. There is also a second date of 6-20-96 and the number 953 on the cap, these also occur on the benchmark at the east end of the bridge.
