This marker was spotted from my truck while going to a friend's house, Since this area is an older part of Denver, I was curious. I parked and walked over to read the following:

State Highway
Department
Cherry Creek
1934
Widened 1953
What a disappointment. Other than the odd 'tombstone' shape of the marker, I was not really impressed. I am including this waymark to represent an almost' so what' historical event.
