Saint Maron Catholic Church has two corner stones, the oldest one is for 1904 and the newer 1940 one is for building additions to the church that include a parking deck.
St. Maron's Church at 1245 Carnegie Avenue now serves Cleveland's Lebanese Americans but in 1904 was known as St. Anthony of Padua Church, the first Italian Catholic Church in Cleveland. It was the religious landmark of Cleveland's original Italian settlement.
