This clock was erected and dedicated to the memory of Charles H. Kirby of the NRHP Kirby's Mill Fame. it stands at the corner of Bank and Main Streets and it looks to be at least fifty years old.

The immediate area is surrounded by historical buildings, some over 200 years old. Unlike a lot of town clocks which have four sides, this one is two-faced.
