There are many internet cafes to choose from in this bustling city. In true SE Asian style, most are open store fronts with no a/c and no protection from the bugs. I found this little shop around the corner from my hotel and walked past 3 other shops of the open variety to find this one. The staff is very polite and limited in English but extremely helpful. A/C is not overpowering as in some establishments and is assisted by carefully placed fans in the room. Connection speed is not the fastest I've found in SE Asia but for Cambodia quite nice. After you finish checking email you can walk across the street and wander the markets.
