The 3.93km road race circuit consists of 12 corners ranging from high speed sweepers to hairpins and has a hot mix bitumen surface laid in one continuous length.
It is used by a multitude of different formats, including motorcycles, V8 Supercars, club racers and A1GP cars. Events are run at all levels from track days and club-level events, all the way to international race meetings.
Road racing is in an anti–clockwise direction, a variety of bends, curves, turns and straights present cornering and braking challenges. V8 Supercars reach 260 kph on the main straight and take turn 1 at 200 kph.
A three-storey control tower is located at the start / finish line and gives officials a birds eye view of the track, paddock, medical centre and helipad.
Fifty garages line pit lane, they offer easy access for transporters and a secure base for cars, bikes, equipment and personnel.
The support paddock has a bitumen surface, a dummy grid for fifty cars, eighteen carports, scrutineering building.
The waymark is the location of the main competitor and track-day spectator's entrance.
