Unlike many frats on campus, the fraternity brothers at this place have lovingly kept up the building which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Greene & Greene, the architects of the building, are well known for their craftsman buildings in Pasadena. This was apparently the last of their wooden houses and was built for lumber magnate, William Thorsen.
Tours are occasionally offered of this place, and they are well worth it; the interior of the place is equally gorgeous.
