The coordinates are for the parking area. Here, you will see the first sign which indicates there is a service project in the area. The educational reception building has some desks, two rooms and can hold about a dozen people. The coordinates for the educational center are: N 39° 52.324 W 075° 08.161. The pavilion is rather large and well-constructed too. it is located at: N 39° 52.300 W 075° 08.230.
The facility is located of of route 130. The entrance coordinates are:

When you drive up the winding road you will come to a guard tower located at:
N 39° 52.291 W 075° 08.262. 168 feet before this you will make a right and park in the circular dirt lot to begin your tour of the refuge center. There are many geocaches located in this area but you will have to leave the refuge trails and go off the grid to get to them.
