A nicely maintained wood-frame Victorian Gothic building by Charles Bugbee in 1878. (That's really old for this part of the world!) It is a City of Berkeley Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
On the corner of 9th and Hearst Street in Berkeley. Hearst Street was called Bristol Street at the time.
