I ran across these 2 great barns while doing the Barry County Highpoints nearby.
The barns sit almost in the center of the 2 points.
They are also both visible from the road and are in use.
I like finding the older ones the wood just has a different look and color to it.
And you can tell by the tar paper siding that they are the older type and at one time really must have looked good and stayed very warm.
Or maybe it is just me being raised on the farm.
Why do you like the appearance of an old barn?
So while you are doing the County Highpoints you have another reason to stop and have a great view.
As always have fun be safe and
