Former URR station in Maysville, Ky. Nearby buffalo road was a vital transportation link for the area. The road terminated at the Ohio River, then crossing into Ohio, a free state. Now occupied by the National Underground Railroad Museum. There are a number of locations nearby related to the URR.

Check out the Topo map. I can't understand how they got the engine up this steep grade. Maybe a bunch of switchbacks.
