Warmington Underpass Project has a very interesting article on the completion and opening of the mural. It was painted by both old and young members of the community. Originally the mural was designed to be on the footpath side of the underpass but was reversed at the last minute. There is one piece of artwork which has been painted incorrectly because of this but where is it?
60 people from the community helped to paint the mural and see the project through to the end. There is even a diary to show you the various stages as the mural was completed.
