This caboose has been put on display at the Marion Union Station, and is free to visit. The station itself is open as a railway museum and is a popular spot for railfans.
This caboose is an Erie-Lackwanna bay window radio car, numbered C306. It was restored at some time in its past. There are no fees to visit this caboose.

Many thanks to caboose9 who contacted me about this Waymark with some additional information.

According to him, "The Marion, OH, caboose started life as ERIE C306, became EL C306 when the Erie and the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western mergered to form the Erie Lackawanna, and, later, was CR 21125. The current colors are badly sun-faded versions of the EL maroon and grey paint scheme to which it was restored."
