Located in front of the Stark County Courthouse this marker is along the Highway 30. Just across the street is a modern version of the marker displayed on a light pole. This sign is located on "Old Route30" which is now called East Tusk or Tuscarawas Street SE. A new route 30 is located just south of the location.
