"Heroic-sized head of an American Indian stands on a square base. The figure wears a decorated headband and five feathers of various sizes. He also wears a large necklace of animal teeth.

Sculpture is the 51st in Peter Toth's "Trail of the Whispering Giants" series of monumental American Indian figures. The sculpture is illuminated with two footlights. The name "Rotaynah" is the Tuscarora Indian word for "Chief."
