The memorial is located on Main Street in downtown Lake Butler just east of the Lake Butler Masonic Lodge. The names of local veterans who died in WWI, WWII, Korea, Lebanon, Vietnam, and Panama are listed on a monument stone lying flat on the ground in front of an upright monument.
