Definitely an upscaled playground which features a braille component for children to explore the language of the blind. There is a water fountain nearby and plenty of parking.

The playground is located in a complex park with loads of trails, walking bridges, geocaches, waymarks, tons of parking, ball fields, H2O fountain and Port-a-Potty. I highly recommend this as a place to bring the children. The playground is the typical brown and green but it looks like Camden County splurged on the size. There is everything you would expect to see but double with some extras like a handicapped accessible ramp and of course the braille component already mentioned. With lots of slides, walkways and a separate swing area, this is the place to bring the kids.
I have come to this park so many times with my son to use this playground, I thought it was high time I waymark it so others can find out about this hidden jewel in Camden County. My favorite components (aside from the playground) are the maze of trails and occasional ruins upon which you will stumble. I have found this park to be very well-maintained and just plain accessible for everyone.
There are two full ball fields. If you decide to go hiking, it is helpful to bring a gps as it is easy to get turned around and lost. Other than that, have fun, don't get bit by the snapping turtles and watch the poison ivy.
There are also some geocaches nearby if you want to take the children:
