The Wetherbee House was built in the mid-19th century for Hiram Wetherbee, a local businessman. The house is a Classical Revival cottage design. The house has been restored to its original exterior appearance and is used as offices for the Greater Greenville Housing and Mainstreet Greenville. The house is open Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Sunday, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
