The Colorado Belle is a casino hotel located next to the Colorado River in Laughlin, Nevada. It's disguised to look like a paddle wheel steamboat and The Boiler Room brewpub occupies an entire end of the building, just off the main casino floor.
The brew vats are behind glass facing the casino. The large multi-level pub includes a dining area with windows overlooking the river. The pub serves a diverse menu of sandwiches and pub foods and in the evening a full menu of steaks, chops, seafood and Prime Rib.
Four typical brews were available, a Golden Ale, an Amber Ale, a Pale Ale and a Stout. The Brewer's Special, which was KP's first glass was a dark ale. He like his second glass, the regular Pale Ale better. Food and beers were both good.
