Chetwynd Visitor Information Center is right along side Highway 97 (on the left if you are coming in from the south). There is loads of information about the entire Peace Region (artists, history, dinosaur findings, hydro damns, industry, etc). Snap pictures of the outdoor chainsaw carvings (Chetwynd hosts the International Chainsaw Carving Championships annually).
Hours of Operation:
9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
Public Washrooms: Mens and Womens Only
