The Cookstown Branch lies in the heart of a picturesque village which has existed at the junction of four municipalities for over 150 years. The first library in Cookstown was organized in October, 1898 by a handful of community- minded volunteers and the Cookstown Branch continues to be an integral part of its community today. This branch has a collection of over 10 000 books, magazines, DVDs, CDs and audiobooks. There are computers with Internet access and the Microsoft Office Suite available for public use.
