This park was a landfill until 1980 where it bacame a park.

Dogs are permitted off leash in non-developed areas. There are plenty of signs that inform you when you can and can not have your critters off leash.

The park is closed from 10pm to 5am.

There are great views of the bay and a really close look at the planes taking off from Oakland International Airport.

The only water available is at the enterance so you will want to carry some if it's hot and you're spending any length of time here.
