This municipal flag is located at the St. Augustine City Hall. The building is the former Alcazar Hotel (built in 1887 in the Spanish Renaissance style by railroad magnate Henry M. Flagler) and is now the home of the City Hall and the Lightner Museum.

The flag is light yellow with the city's Coat of Arms in the center, surrounded by the words "CITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE FLORIDA" in golden letters on red ground. For a good look of the Coat of Arms, check the city's website.
