This covered bridge is part of the Fort Fraser Trail--a rails to trails project in Polk County FL between Lakeland and Bartow. There are about 17 caches on this trail for you to enjoy, also.
Current Condition of Bridge: Spans the Peace River as part of the Fort Fraser Trail
Description of Covered Bridge: This bridge is new and in great condition. It is easily seen from Bartow Road which it parallels. It spans the Peace River and I've been told people have seen gators from the bridge.
