A nation that honors its veterans is a nation dedicated to the preservation of freedom won by the sacrifice of life itself. These emblems are appropriately dedicated to the valiant dead of the armed forces who ventured and fought bravely and gave their lives to preserve freedom and liberty in our land. Together they lie in mute testimony to the manner in which they lived, worked and fought to achieve the victories in order that America may live free.
