This overlook is manned by volunteer hawk watchers who monitor the spring and fall raptor migrations.
The raptor migration occurs in the spring and fall,
and if you come here during either season, be sure to bring your
binoculars. It's a great overlook in all seasons, raptors or

There are a number of approaches to this overlook. The shortest is from the parking spot at the end of Upper Hibernia Road.
Here is a trail
map that shows the parking area. The Orange Trail is a very nice, and fairly short walk. The orange trail can be accessed near the parking lot, just past the gate.
