Located about seventeen miles from downtown Jacksonville, Huguenot Memorial Park is a 450-acre horseshoe shaped peninsula, surrounded by three bodies of water - Ft. George Inlet (north), St. Johns River (south), and the Atlantic Ocean (east). The park is also referred to as the Big Jetties or North Jetties. These names come from the fact that the park offers access to the north St. Johns River Jetty Rocks. There is a nominal fee of $.50 per-person to enter the park.
Waterfront campsites and gorgeous views of some of North Florida`s remaining natural areas await visitors to Huguenot Memorial Park. In addition to the natural beauty of the area, the park also offers restrooms, showers, a dump station, public phones, a playground area, picnic shelters, swimming, fishing, wind surfing, boating, bird watching, and a boat launch area to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Camping costs are $5.65 per night for tent camping and $7.91 per night for RV camping.
