This artillery piece is part of a very tasteful display by the American Legion Post. The American Flag as well as the flags of the various service branches are always displayed, however, their Avenue of Flags make this artillery piece stand out. The plaque reads: "M114A2 155mm Howitzer - This weapon was used in the Vietnam War, and last duty was in Ft. Bliss, Texas. Retired in 1989. Donated by the U. S. Army Depot, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania."
