This is a one-lane ramp in a small residential area of East Palatka. Its always been quiet whenever I've been here. Facilities are limited to the concrete ramp, a short dock, and a few spots to pull off the side of the road for parking. No hours of operation were noted while we were there, but there are houses nearby, so late night visits probably aren't appreciated.
