Gazebo weathervane - Springville, CA - Unique Weathervanes on Waymarking.com

Very unique weathervane atop a gazebo in the city park in Springville, Ca. There is an apple, a fish and a rodeo cowboy in this woman's hair, along with two other symbols I haven't been able to identify. The weathervane appears to be very custom - perhaps commissioned for this mountain town that boasts a popular rodeo each year, great lower Sierras fishing, an annual apple festival and many other fun events.
