Unknown painted cement Survey Stone with small metal plate on top. This too, was painted over. We hope to come back when it is warmer to check this thing out a lot more closely.

This does not really correspond to any recent municipal boundaries, but is within South Whitehall township. Older topo maps have a muni boundary nearby, but that same boundary is on the other (SW) side of interstate 78.
