This railroad bridge crosses the Ortega River, a tributary of the St. John's River. Its on a railway maintained by CSX, and moves up and down frequently throughout the day as freight and passenger trains make their way through.
The coordinates will put you on an old roadway that previously crossed the Ortega for motor vehicle traffic, but has since been partially dismantled and turned into a fishing pier. You can drive to the end of this pier if its not crowded with fishermen.
