DESCRIBED BY UTAH STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS 1981 7.4 MILES (11.9 KM) NORTHWEST ALONG US HIGHWAY 89 AND STATE HIGHWAY 63 FROM THE DENVER AND RIO GRANDE WESTERN RAILROAD STATION IN SALINA, ABOUT HALF-WAY TO THE BOTTOM OF A VALLEY ROAD ON THE SOUTH SLOPE AND 81 FEET (24.7 M) SOUTHERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE HIGHWAY, SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST.
