A fountain at the southern gateway to Jacksonville.

This fountain was constructed with the completion of the new on/off ramps for St Augustine Road on I-95. It is on the south side of Jacksonville and was rushed for the Super Bowl hosted in Jax so that visitors would get a good first impression of Cowford. On the adjacent overpass is the "Welcome to Jacksonville" Sign.
