Centennial Park is located at W68 N851 Evergreen Blvd in the town of Cedarburg, WI. The climbing equipment on the playground is made of wood with unique configurations. It has a handicap accessible ramp on the equipment, slides and bridges. There is also a climbing structure for younger children and toddlers. The playground has swings for infants and children, as well as a tire swing. Some areas of the playground are covered with a rubber mat and some areas are wood chips. Large trees provide shade at times. There are restrooms and a bubbler close to the play area. Parking is available on Evergreen Blvd.
