This disk is located about 150 feet N of the unpaved road running along the top of Tuscarora Mountain at the Juniata-Perry County line - 1.5 miles SW of where PA 74 croses the mountain.

The disk is 12.830 meters S (185°) of "TUSCA" - NGS PID # KW2864 at the location of TUSCA Reference Mark #2.

This disk can be reached from Ickesburg by travelling NW along PA 74 to the Perry-Juniata County line. At this point the highway turns left. Turn left at the gravel road (Pete Rice Jr. RD) which veers left & follow up the mountain for 1.5 miles to the disk(s) on the right.

Note - this is a gated road & may be closed at various times of the year.
