One of five speculative houses and variation from the Ladies Home Journal Fireproof House for $5,000 built in the Ravine Bluffs Development for Wright's attorney. This house is overgrown and purple! FLLW must be flipping in his grave!

Finch bought the property comprising Lot 16 from Booth in July 1916. Booth bought the property back in 1920 and sold it to the Ross’ in July 1921. Like its neighbors, the Ross house has a hipped roof, deep-set overhanging eaves, and basic square-plan interior. The Ross house sports a unique interior variation with a special placement of the fireplace as part of the entryway that realigns the flow. This house has four bedrooms.
This house is definitely in need of lots of TLC and will likely be going on the Market soon.
