On the SW corner of National Ave. and Lincoln St. in Winchester, VA. Just across the street from the National Cemetery in Winchester, VA. The mark is numbered 152 and is set in a concrete monument just off the sidewalk. The area shot is from National Ave. looking SE toward the cemetery.
