This fountain is situated outside the entrance of Ludlow Castle.
The cast iron fountain head has four panels with a relief design of bulrushes and a lion's head, the water issued through a flower shaped motif. The fountain is surmounted by a traditional design of two dolphins intertwined around the trident of the Neptune or Poseidon. The four drinking trough bowls are missing.
