This train will take you deep into the hillside of the George and Charlotte Copper Mine, it is a short educational trip in the Tamar Valley mining area.
At the time of my visit there was no entrance fee and the train was free of charge due to grants received by Morwellham. I was told the there would be no entrance fee for the foreseeable future but they will probably charge for the train ride next season. At the time of my visit their website needed updating.
