Not generally open to the public, but the office personnel should let you look if you check in with them (you might have to sign in).
When entering the front doors one can't help but miss it. It takes the whole entryway.
The secratary says that after a big storm it gets a wobble. This probably stems from shoddy engineering/construction on the building [not the pendulum].
