This is a series of fountains on either side of a pedestrian bridge in central Moscow.

An arched footbridge, The Luzhkov Most, crosses the Vodootvodnyy canal, which parallels the Moscow River a short distance south of the Kremlin. Tour buses park at the bridge and it's a short walk across to visit the Tretyakov art gallery.
On both sides of the bridge there's a row of fountains in the canal.
