Artist Statement: Consider the creation of a dance: from the mind of the composer imagining sound, to the mind of the choreographer imagining motion, to the physical totality of musician and dancer. Billions of cells moving in concert, and once performed, it exists only in the minds of the audience. It's an amazing and paradoxical continuum. A miracle.
