This Memorial of the unidentified of the explosion in West Plains, Missouri on April 13, 1928. A explosion and fire broke out at the Dance Hall Downtown West Plains on the evening of April 13th well after the dance began. Many people were injured or kill in the explosion and fire that may have started in a automotive repair shop below the dance hall where gasoline may have been stored.
