The marker can be found by traveling east of Hays Ks on old US 40 approximately 5 miles. Turn south on 310th Ave and travel another 4 miles. The last mile of road is basically a dirt road with no other material so any rains will make it a muddy slippery road to travel. The marker is on the west side of the road across the fence.
The marker itself is in very good condition but the base is broken due to activity from cattle around it. Some TLC could help this marker.
