The Robert F. Stephens courthouse complex began construction in 2001. It is now open and houses a Circut and District Court. The courthouses are joined by an underground tunnel. There a two wonderful distinct fountains in the courtyard.

The Robert F. Stephens Courthouse Complex is five stories with a basement and 120,000 square feet. An underground tunnel joins the two buildings that began construction in 2001.
A logia provides covered pedestrian circulation along the front of the building.
Courtroom lobbies are located on the exterior and overlook the public plaza.
Underground tunnel links to the district courthouse and parking garage.
Three restricted circulation paths: Judges and their staff; the public, and inmates
Collegial building plan with judges offices located on the 5th floor and courtrooms on floors 2-4.
