This is a disk for a "Horizontal Control Mark" set by the Pennsylvania Dept. of Transportation in 1999. It bears the designator of A058 and is located in Cranberry Twp., Venango County. It is located approx. 1/4 mile northwest from the intersection of Routes 322 and 257 and sits about 2 feet from the roadway adjacent to a parking lot. You need to look over the guardrail and it is in a fairly well kept grassy area.
